Kyoshi Yvonne started Seido karate in Christchurch in 1991 while attending Canterbury university.
She feels privileged to have been able to train in the following dojos: Christchurch, Blenheim, Wellington (predominantly), London Chiswick and London Fulham.
She gained her godan in 2021.
